1. Schedule a Service
When you schedule a service with us, we will begin by listening to your needs and asking a set of questions. This initial conversation allows us to properly prepare for your arrival and answer any of your concerns. As a local shop we strategically schedule our bodywork for quality but timely repairs. With that said, our large facility does welcome roll-ins.
2. Check-In On Your Scheduled Service Day
When you arrive at the shop, our team will begin the verification process. We will check the VIN number, mileage, and license plat number. Then, we will document the damage and review any past damages.
3. Assessment of Damage for Insurance
Now, we will evaluate the insurance estimate and break down what damages need to be assessed. We strive to repair your vehicle within a comfortable budget for you, without sacrificing safety. The insurance company will pay a specific amount. We will work one-on-one with you to asses the needs and determine the out of pocket costs, if any.
